"I called and worked with Lauren today, I had some questions about adding a new car to my policy and she was super helpful and FAST. I've worked with a few people here and everyone has been extremely helpful. Even when I ask random questions, no one has ever tried to oversell me on anything, they just give helpful info! No one is ever going to be like, "Oh man, I can't wait to call my insurance agent" but if there ever was going to be a time, it's probably when I have a question for the people who work here."
