"I got a flat tire today. This is when I found out that my car, and most hybrid cars from what the dealership told me, do not have a spare tire. Not only was I looking at buying a new tire, I was also looking at a towing expense. I called my long time State Farm office and spoke to Kristen. She was one of the most polite people I have spoken with in a long time. She confirmed that I had roadside assistance and towing coverage. She also explained that I could use the State Farm app and as long as the cost didn't exceed my coverage, there would be no out of pocket expense. I used the app. The tow service was assigned. They arrived in about 60 minutes. The tow truck driver was very nice. I received several text messages from State Farm verifying that everything was going okay. My day ended with me calling my State Farm office and thanking them. It's true, "Like a good neighbor, (my) State Farm (office) is there"!"
